All orders placed on Louis Designs Créations are printed on demand and then shipped by our partner Prodigi, from the nearest workshop.
We have chosen a shipping method that is reliable, fast and secure, to guarantee that each work arrives in perfect condition, ready to be framed or given as a gift.
Packaging: each format has its own case
Because a beautiful print deserves protection that matches its size, we use two types of packaging depending on the size of the work:
➤ A3 and larger formats:
Prints are carefully rolled and placed in a rigid, reinforced cardboard tube. This packaging perfectly protects the paper from creases, moisture, or shock.
➤ A4 and smaller formats:
Small-format works are shipped flat in a reinforced cardboard envelope, also designed to withstand postal handling.
In all cases:
Robust and recyclable packaging
Handling in the workshop with gloves to avoid marks
Unframed artwork, for safer and more flexible transport
Quality control before each shipment
Delivery areas & times
To ensure a fast, reliable and eco-responsible service, we only deliver within the European Union and the Schengen Area.
The works are shipped from the Prodigi workshop closest to you, to limit distances and ensure optimized logistics.
Estimated delivery times: 6 to 10 working days from order confirmation.
Each print is printed on demand and carefully shipped from the nearest partner workshop.
