2. Products and services

Louis Designs Créations offers Fine Art posters, Fine Art cards, Fine Art postcards, frames, poster hangers and gift cards. Prints are produced on demand by Prodigi, unless otherwise clearly stated on the website.

3. Orders

An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.
Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur in print.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code – micro-enterprise scheme).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are secured through the services offered by Wix Payments, PayPal or bank card providers.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are currently limited to the European Union and the Schengen Area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by country, product and printing partner.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or print-on-demand products.

8. Complaints & returns

If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days and include supporting photographs.
Complaints will be handled with our printing partner.
No returns without prior approval.

All artworks and visuals displayed on the website are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
